Dr. Diana Molander
DM., FMP., PhD.
What drives her craft?

My passion is to motivate and educate you about healthy lifestyles using an integrative approach to gut health. Ultimately I want you to be happy, healthy and live a long, fulfilled life.
I am convinced all diseases and disorders of the human organism begin in the gastro-intestinal tract. The microbiome is identical to our fingerprint. It is strictly individual, and taking care of it is the main weapon against all diseases.
Food is medicine. However, the science explaining how diet prevents, manages and reverses diseases is still in an early stage. As part of my commitment to you, I am continuing to research and collaborate with the most innovative physicians and scientists. I invest substantial time and resources into expanding our collective knowledge of personalized nutrition.
I am continuously striving to provide you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge so I can empower you to make the most effective choices for your well-being.

If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he/she is ready to do away with the reasons for his/her illness. Only then is it possible to help him/her.
