Internationally recognized researcher & physician

I bring over 10 years of experience in nutrigenomics and functional medicine to patients, mostly coming from the USA. I'm part of the Acibadem City Clinic UMBAL team, Sofia Bulgaria focusing on adults and children with various health challenges. I build strictly individual, evidence-based recommendations based on patients' genetic and microbiome profile. We use tools like individual gene variations (SNPs). Examinations and recommendations are provided in English and my native Bulgarian language.

My scientific interests focus on the treatment of colorectal cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

A personal note

My mission is to unlock your best health so you feel the difference.

All diseases and disorders begin in the gastro-intestinal tract. Because you are a unique individual, your gut microbiome is distinct. Exactly like your fingerprint. That's why we need to see the full picture to identify what’s holding you back and why.

Your genetic profile affects how your body receives certain nutrients and directs them where they're needed most. Understanding these differences allows us to personalize your nutrition to meet the challenge.

Together, we will focus on gut health to create the joyful, healthy lifestyle you deserve. I'll motivate and educate you because I want you to be happy, healthy and live a long, fulfilled life.

Yes, food is medicine. However, the genetic science explaining how diet prevents, manages and reverses diseases is still in an early stage. I'm committed to you. That's why I'm constantly researching and collaborating with the most innovative physicians and scientists and gaining the most current knowledge. All so you and I will make the most effective choices for your well-being.
