The Website is owned and operated by NouriGene Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria, and hosts professional information relating to the medical practice of Dr. Diana Molander, a physician licensed in Bulgaria, as well as access points to certain wellness products, memberships, and services provided by NouriGene Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, including educational content, appointment scheduling, account creation, and any purchases of commercial services or products.

By using the Website, you accept these Terms.

6. Territorial Restrictions on Medical Services

6.1 Medical Services Available Only Within Bulgaria

Medical consultations with Dr. Molander are available exclusively to individuals who are physically located in Bulgaria at the time of the consultation.

6.2 No Telemedicine Outside Bulgaria

Dr. Molander does not provide telemedicine or physician services to individuals located in:

  • The United Kingdom,
  • The United States of America,

Or any country/jurisdiction where she is not legally permitted to practice.


6.3 User’s Obligation to Disclose Location

By booking a medical consultation, you confirm:

  • You are physically located in Bulgaria at the time of the appointment
  • You understand medical services are not available outside Bulgaria

If location is misstated or concealed, the consultation may be cancelled at discretion.

6.4 No Circumvention

Users may not use VPNs, travel proxies, or alternate addresses to access medical services in restricted jurisdictions.

7. Separation of Medical vs. Commercial Services

7.1 Medical Services (VAT-Exempt)

Provided solely by Dr. Molander, including:

  • Medical evaluation
  • Clinical examination
  • Review and interpretation of laboratory diagnostics
  • Physician-level recommendations

These services are not provided by NouriGene Ltd. and are not subject to VAT.

7.2 Commercial Services (VAT-Applicable)

Provided by NouriGene Ltd., including:

  • Digital courses, wellness programs, community memberships
  • Corporate workshops or lectures
  • Supplement sales (direct or affiliate)
  • Nutrigenomics / nutrigenetics educational materials

Commercial services do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

8. Accounts, Passwords & Security

You may create an account to access:

  • Memberships
  • Purchases
  • Bookings

To use certain features of the Web site, you will need a username and password, which you will receive through the Web site's registration process. 9.2 Refunds & Cooling-Off Rights 

  • EU 14-day cooling-off period applies to digital products unless waived by early access
  • Memberships follow NouriGene Ltd.’s published refund policy
  • Supplements follow direct-seller or affiliate refund rules

Refund policies will be presented at checkout.

9.3 Payments

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise). Their terms also apply.

10. International Availability of Commercial Services

10.1 Commercial Services Are Globally Accessible

NouriGene Ltd. may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance.
